Job description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to partner with us in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and providing investment advice, while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Job Title: Partner

Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the bank.
• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view, achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
• Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Forge effective relationships and maintain a high relationship management orientation.
• Focus on service delivery and execution-oriented results achievement.

Managerial Leadership Responsibilities:
• Team development and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Target achievement of team members' goals and objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, math, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management.
• MBA or PGDM preferred.
• 10-18 years of relevant experience.
