Remote Full-Time
Do you have insurance industry experience and enjoy helping others learn and succeed?
Jenesis Software is seeking an Insurance Software Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with independent insurance agencies across the country, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and training on our agency management software.

What You’ll Do
Become an expert in the Jenesis platform
Conduct live virtual training sessions with insurance agency staff (camera on)
Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation
Help customers adopt best practices and achieve success with the software
Build strong relationships with agency owners and staff
Follow up with customers throughout their training journey
Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Create and record training videos and online learning content
Test new features and provide feedback to our Development team
Share customer feedback and product enhancement suggestions
Participate in team meetings and ongoing performance discussions
Occasionally assist with customer meetings outside normal business hours when needed
What We're Looking For
Required
Insurance industry experience (agency, carrier, MGA, or insurance vendor)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience training, coaching, onboarding, or supporting customers
Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Customer Success, Implementation, or SaaS experience
Agency Management System experience
Go High Level experience
CRM experience

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Bonus potential
