No prior insurance experience? No problem. Many successful insurance sales professionals started in retail, hospitality, banking, recruiting, or other client-facing roles. We welcome experienced sales professionals as well as newcomers, whether or not you currently hold an insurance license. We hire for attitude, train for skill, and reward performance. What You'll Do
● Quote and sell Auto, Home, Commercial, Flood, and Life insurance.
● Convert company-provided leads into new clients.
● Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
● Cross-sell additional coverage to better protect clients.
● Maintain accurate records in our CRM platform.
● Participate in ongoing sales coaching and professional development.
What We're Looking For
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Excellent communication and listening skills, in person and by phone.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and coachable.
● Sales or customer service experience preferred.
● Existing Texas insurance licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain one (we'll help).
● Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
