Insurance Sales Executive – Health & Term Insurance
Location: Malkapur, Maharashtra | Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 3+ Years | Department: Sales
About the Role
FinnovationZ is looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Executive with strong experience in Health Insurance and Term Insurance.
The role involves handling warm/inbound leads, conducting online consultations, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance plans, handling objections, and closing sales.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and assigned insurance leads.
- Conduct online insurance consultations/demos with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Health or Term Insurance plans.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, features and terms in a clear manner.
Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into policy buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payment and policy issuance.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from lead to policy issuance.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Strong experience in Health Insurance and/or Term Insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good objection handling and negotiation ability.
- Ability to conduct online customer consultations.
- Solid closing skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM and online communication tools.
Key Performance Metrics
