Job Title: Motor Insurance Operations Executive (Private and Commercial Vehicle)
Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Motor Insurance Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the operational processes related to private and commercial vehicle insurance policies. Key responsibilities include processing policy documents, handling renewals, endorsements, and claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Budget: Up to 3LPA Maximum( Not above in that please check and go through before applying for this position)
5 Days of work from the office
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate motor insurance applications for private and commercial vehicles.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Assist in claims processing, from initial report to final settlement.
• Maintain accurate records and update policy information in the system.
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in motor insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software systems.
Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
