Role Description The Institutional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati, responsible for driving institutional business growth for Udyogi’s safety solutions and products. The role involves identifying and qualifying institutional clients, developing sales plans, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The Institutional Sales Manager will conduct product presentations and technical discussions, coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, and ensure timely order processing and delivery. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing post-sales support, and gathering market intelligence to refine sales strategies. The Institutional Sales Manager will also monitor account performance, track revenue targets, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Institutional Sales and B2B Sales, with the ability to manage large accounts and long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Investments to support pricing discussions, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship management, issue resolution, and client retention.
• Experience in safety solutions, industrial products, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Tirupati and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
