Job Description
Rayy is building a new-age marketplace that helps children and families discover and book the best learning, sports, creative and recreational activities around them.
Alongside this, Rayy Studio is helping activity centres manage and grow their businesses through our technology and SaaS platform.
As bookings and studio onboardings begin to scale, we are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive who can speak with prospective customers, understand their requirements, follow up consistently and convert genuine interest into paid business.
What you will do
• Call and engage with customers who enquire about activities on Rayy
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant classes or experiences
• Convert enquiries into trials, bookings and repeat customers
• Connect with activity centres and introduce Rayy Studio
• Schedule product demonstrations and follow up until onboarding
• Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp and CRM
• Maintain accurate daily reporting and follow-up schedules
• Work closely with the founders, growth and operations teams
• Share customer objections and market feedback to improve our sales process
Who should apply
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, customer acquisition or business development
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable speaking with both consumers and business owners
• Persistent with follow-ups without being aggressive
• Target-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
• Experience in edtech, SaaS, fitness, sports, activities or consumer marketplaces will be an advantage

We are looking for someone who can build trust, understand customer needs, handle objections and confidently close the conversation.

Role: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives
