This full-time, on-site position offers a vibrant opportunity to engage with influencers and manage talent relationships in the dynamic field of marketing and advertising.
As an Influencer Marketing/Talent Management associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with various influencers, ensuring that our marketing campaigns resonate strongly with target audiences. You will contribute to innovative projects that leverage influencer partnerships to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 monthly, along with a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential influencers to expand our talent pool
Develop and manage relationships with influencers to ensure effective collaborations
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives
Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics to optimize strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with influencer directions
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in influencer marketing
Assist in content creation and approval processes for influencer partnerships
Attend industry events to network and promote Creators Yug's services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creativity and a passion for marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools
