Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai or Bangalore. The Influencer Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying and vetting influencers, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating deliverables. Daily responsibilities include planning social media and influencer strategies, briefing creators, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and partners. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align campaign messaging with brand objectives and ensure all content meets quality and compliance standards. The specialist will also monitor trends across platforms to recommend new opportunities and optimize ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or the creator economy.
Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage influencer relationships and client interactions.
Hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing across major platforms.
Sales and negotiation abilities to structure partnerships, contracts, and collaborations effectively.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data, measure ROI, and present clear insights and recommendations.
Knowledge of current social media trends, creator economy dynamics, and content best practices.
Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Prior agency or brand-side experience in influencer or digital marketing is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
