Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and Engage Influencers: Research and establish relationships with influencers relevant to our target audience and industry.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to meet branding, awareness, or conversion goals.
• Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to produce high-quality, engaging, and authentic content.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the performance of influencer campaigns to measure ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence).
Preferred Skills
• Creative mindset for ideating campaigns.
• Knowledge of legal aspects of influencer contracts and guidelines (FTC regulations).
• Passion for our brand and industry.
