HIRING β PAINTER
We are hiring experienced Industrial Painters for a leading Steel Fabrication / PEB / Heavy Engineering industry.
πΉ Qualification: ITI / Vocational Training Preferred
πΉ Experience: 3β5 Years
πΉ Industry: Industrial Painting / Structural Steel / PEB / Heavy Engineering
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ Prepare surfaces through cleaning and grinding
β’ Apply primer, intermediate & finish coats as per specifications
β’ Operate airless spray and conventional painting equipment
β’ Monitor paint thickness and finish quality
β’ Maintain paint consumption records
β’ Follow safety and environmental requirements
β’ Perform touch-up and repair painting as required
β Required Skills
β’ Airless spray painting
β’ Surface preparation
β’ Paint mixing & application
β’ DFT measurement
β’ Knowledge of industrial coating systems
