Our hotel has a food and beverage offering that is sure to impress! As well as our Hidden Grooves, we are a culinary hub for events and entertaining, and provide in-room dining including late night snacks.

The Details:
What exactly you will be doing…
• Deliver in room dining experience to highest standards
• Looking after Mini Bars re-stocking and daily charges
• Communicate with food and beverage, housekeeping and junction team effectively, to provide best guest service and satisfaction
• Take any additional roles and responsibilities across the board if needed
• Serving guests at a wide range of events from weddings to conferences, product launches, drinks receptions and other special events.
• Delivering warm and authentic service that is tailored to each guest.
• Represent the Virgin culture of excellent guest service that ensures everyone leaves feeling better.
• Working supportively with the whole food & beverage team
What qualities are we looking for?

• Great team player with the ability create excellent working relationships across the group. Collaborative approach with all departments
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think outside the box and approach all issues with a completely fresh approach
• Able to change direction and work on multiple project aspects at once. Creatively solve problems
• Enthusiastic, passionate, able to enthuse and motivate others. Fun, innovative and personable
