Job Description:
Viable Outsource Solution is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience in handling asylum and guardianship cases. The ideal candidate will excel at client communication, case management, and documentation while providing exceptional support to attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Assist clients by answering queries related to asylum and guardianship cases.
• Accurately fill and review intake forms for new and existing cases.
• Collect and organize client documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare and file asylum and guardianship petitions.
• Maintain updated case records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide empathetic and culturally sensitive support to clients throughout their legal process.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically in asylum and guardianship cases.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Having good drafting skills, experience in drafting asylum cases
• Proficiency in legal documentation, data entry, and case management software.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
