Vital Signs: Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals. Medication Assistance: Administer medications, under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers, following prescribed dosages and schedules. Hygiene and Infection Control: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including disinfecting surfaces and assisting with infection control measures. Meal Assistance: Assist patients with meal planning, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition, adhering to dietary restrictions as needed.
