About the Role As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including weekdays from 600 PM - 1000 PM and weekends from 700 AM - 1000 PM. You'll be responsible for * Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and professional manner * Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes * Providing exceptional support to customers through email and phone * Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed Requirements * 1+ year of customer service experience * Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls *
