Your Responsibilities will be:
Responsible for RFI RFQ activities that involve hardware key component selection and BOM cost estimation and implementation of critical requirements.
Responsible for HW architecture finalization, Component selection, Schematic, BOM finalization, DFMEA, FTA and layout development of the product (Engine managment system, Transmission control Unit)
Participate to competitor analysis activity transferring best design practices to internal team.
Monitors technology trends on HW functionalities, comparing proposals from different vendors and supporting product marketing analysis.
Conduct and own hardware design reviews with internal team, supplier, and experts.
