Job Description
Job Title: Experienced HVAC & Plumbing Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and handling account inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Previous HVAC & Plumbing customer service experience is a
