Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment :
• Recruitment as per given job description of B-Tech / M-Tech Engineers for Mechanical / Electrical component Design ( Catia / UG AutoCAD/ CAE tools etc)
• Assigning task to recruitment team and Managing recruitment targets on monthly basis
• Support the team members through Job postings and publishing the live requirements.
• Groom the team members on sourcing activities.
• Contribution in the manpower planning/ bench planning ; budget preparation and adherence

Salary negotiation & on boarding:
• Salary negotiations, candidate evaluation and Fast closure as per targets
• On boarding of candidates with complete compliance check and documentation
• Induction program for all new joiner
• HR Policy custodian and Management

HR Business Partner Role:
• Coordination with Business Development team
• Interactions with customers to understand Job description
• Arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates with customers

Employee Engagement and Career Path Development
• Employee Retention as per targets
• Employee engagement drives
• Employee Grievances management
• Employee Training and Development Initiatives
