Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Hotel Group in Amritsar. This position supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The role involves supporting benefits administration, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and responding to routine employee inquiries. The Human Resources Coordinator also assists with employee relations initiatives, prepares HR reports, and collaborates with hotel leadership to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. This role contributes to creating a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Radisson Hotel Group’s service and sustainability values.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and processes.
• Experience with Benefits Administration to coordinate employee benefits and support accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements to help implement and maintain consistent HR practices.
• Skills in Employee Relations to assist in resolving concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Prior experience in hospitality or service-focused environments is an advantage; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
