Job Roles and Responsibilities of Recruiter :

• Cooperate with head-hunters to hire and retain the top best talent

• Screen resumes and job application forms

• Help to structure the job description

• Build a Candidate Relationship

• Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews

• Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews

• Be active with online job boards, social media networks, and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions

Candidates Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream

• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes and principles

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full recruitment cycle.

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Strong decision-making abilities

Additional Information :

Salary : 150000-250000

Frequency : Per year
