At Outpost, we are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) professional. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of work experience in HR processes like onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring, and performance management system. As the face of our company culture, the Human Resources professional should have good communication, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and a pleasant work environment.
Objectives of this role
1. Maintain, develop, and implement HR department's processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation.
2. Maintenance of employee data, files and workflows across internal and associated external systems for recruitment, termination processes, and organizational change.
3. Contribute to designing, configuration, and communication activities for annual compensation and benefits management processes.
5. Management and accessibility of key analytical data
Responsibilities
1. Execute the Recruitment, Termination, Performance Management and CB processes.
2. Coordinate new-hire orientation, including scheduling, materials, and checklists for all required tasks
3. Support staff members who have HR-related issues and concerns, such as compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and problem resolution
4. Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies, and provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
5. Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising discretion while working with highly confidential information
6. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll tax accounts and resolve any discrepancies
7. Must have knowledge of all statutory requirements and practices related to HR management
8. Liaison with EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory bodies
+. Assist in maintaining HR compliance with applicable laws and regulations
10. Managing the employees of the administrative department.
11. Constantly work on automation of tasks at HR and Admin department with cost-benefit analysis.
Required skills and qualifications
1. Three or more years of experience in HR or employee recruitment
2. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
4. Good at problem-solving and conflict resolution
5. Familiarity with HR Management Systems, HR Policies, etc.
7. Strong understanding of national laws related to HR management
