Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll Management – Timely, accurate, and seamless. Ensuring everyone gets paid, every time.
• Contract Staffing Operations – The ability to understand pace, coordination, and documentation while staying on top of it.
• Office Admin Oversight – From vendors and budgets to daily essentials, ensuring nothing slips through.
• Recruitment Support – Helping onboard top talent, fast - and keeping the hiring engine well-oiled.
• Onboarding Offboarding – Letters, documentation, policies, compliance. From welcome to exit, covering it all.
• Compliance Documentation – Keeping us aligned, audit-ready, and organized.
• Scheduling Coordination – Meetings, calendars, internal operations - helping things run smoothly across the board.
• Employee Experience – From engagement to resolving the little things, people will count on you.
• Automation Tools – Bringing smarter tools and systems into how we run operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in HR operations, preferably from a staffing or fast-paced business environment.
A mindset of solving problems quickly.
Ability to learn fast, adapt faster, and stay ahead.
Organized, process-driven, and thriving in high-pressure situations.
Creating systems that make people's lives easier and keeping them running.
