About The Internship

Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing potential employees' resumes and application forms to find qualified candidates to fill open positions at the company.
• Arranging interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted
• Gathering and updating new hiring information in our database (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Using job boards and social media platforms to post job openings
• Keeping track of payroll information, such as vacations, working hours, and bank accounts
• Assisting with event planning for the company
• Assisting with the creation of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents for organizational policies, SOPs, and project documentation.
• Creating and sending offer and rejection letters to candidates via email.
• Responding to questions from employees about HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related topics.
• Liaising with relevant departments and carrying out assigned responsibilities
