About Company:
Theobroma means 'Food of the Gods' in Greek, befitting our exclusive and indulgent range of offerings that include brownies, cakes, desserts, chocolates, bread, and savories. From our humble beginnings in 2004, when the first Theobroma pastry store opened its doors at the iconic Cusrow Baug at Colaba Causeway (Mumbai), we've grown to become a Pan-India chain of patisseries across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad. Our mission is to spread happiness by serving smiles on a plate, and this journey continues as we open Theobroma patisseries across the country.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Source profiles from various job portals
3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
4. Conduct interviews
Note: Interested candidates should visit our premises at C 113, Okhla Phase 1, Delhi between 10:00 - 18:00 hours except Saturdays/Sundays; you need to learn about our organization before appearing for the interview.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Mar'23 and 18th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
