About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Sourcing and screening of profiles through various recruitment portals
• Arranging & coordinating for Interviews
• Following up on interview feedbacks
• Assisting in HR and personnel file audit
• Working on attendance management and leave tracking
• Creating presentations for the HR department
• Working on employee engagement to improve employee motivation based on monthly activities
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned by Supervisor
