About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews
• Support the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, conducting induction sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Aid in the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in conducting training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and coordinating logistics
• Collaborate with HR team members to organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events and recognition programs
• Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including drafting documents, responding to inquiries, and maintaining office supplies
