About Company:
In 2015, the Reserve Bank of India, the financial regulator in the country has granted an in-principle license to ESAF to launch a small finance bank. ESAF small finance bank was one of the ten NBFCs to receive in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a small finance bank in the private sector. In November 2016, the final license was issued by the RBI. ESAF Small Finance Bank was incorporated on May 05, 2016, with its registered office in Thrissur.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing candidates by using various platforms
2. Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
3. Recruiting candidates and ensuring closure
4. Handling application tracking systems
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Feb'23 and 21st Mar'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Thrissur, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 10,000 /month
