Develop recruitment goals and objectives2. Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs3. Source passive candidates4. Search resumes databases for the fittest candidates5. Communicate with hiring managers6. Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies7. Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates8.
