Job description
- Driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitment /selection and on boarding
- Ensuring initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives
- Manage performance based engagement, grievance handling, exit management, etc.
- Manage and process end to end payroll under strict deadlines.
- Being an HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution
- Process smoother FF Settlement
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Work very closely with the Business to implement relevant HR strategies
- Drive HR Best Practices
- Partner with stakeholders to roll out all key people processes, contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of key HR processes (like goal and development planning, year-end process, talent review, employee performance evaluations), and provide recommendations on next steps
- Responsible for driving Employee Engagement initiatives
- Manage Employee Relations activities
- Liaise with vendors, manage vendor proposals and conduct employee engagement events
- Responsible for Employee Engagement programs
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes systems
- Participate in employee communication and feedback through meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings
- Provide support in driving strategic projects
- Proactively communicate policies and process to employees
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at different organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team
- Ability to guide employees through sensitive matters
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
