Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, a work enthusiast, is good at communication, and understands the importance of keeping up with the work along with ideation. The overall profile covers managing HR operations for our Ahmedabad Office and coordinating with our base and other locations. Functions to keep up with are:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Manage the employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
• Handle employee data confidentiality and security in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related activities.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement morale, and workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with HR managers to ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret HR data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Read more
