Key Requirements
Experience
- 6-10 years of HR experience, with at least 45 years in an HRBP role
- Experience in Professional Services / Consulting / GCC environment preferred
- Exposure to a growing or scaling organization is highly desirable

- Business acumen and ability to connect HR to business outcomes
- Hands-on approach with ability to operate independently
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
