Job Title: Human Resource Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Hire internal workers based on company requirements.
• Handle end-to-end visa processing for selected candidates.
• Recruit sales personnel across different regions as per business needs.
• Payroll & Employee Management:
• Manage payroll and maintain accurate leave schedules.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Visionary Leadership:
• Supervise staff, ensure discipline and productivity.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently within given time frames.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the UAE, preferably in JAFZA.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
