A successful HR Manager is required to lead our human resource operations, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
This role demands expertise in recruitment, a deep understanding of HR policies and labor laws, and exceptional operational and analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage HR operations: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws
• Foster employee engagement, manage performance, and address grievances
• Maintain accurate HR data and create reports using advanced Excel
• Provide support for audits, statutory compliance, and documentation.
