Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Human Capital Operations Assistant to be based at our Mumbai Office !!

The Opportunity

The Human Capital Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to the India and KSA HC team

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to HC division to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner.

This will include Induction scheduling, maintaining records, hiring approvals and filing systems

Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests. Reviewing the same at year end reconciliation.

Supporting HLA files prep and payroll input where needed.

Maintaining various internal trackers (NSL, vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)

Issuing salary/employment letters and pay slips

Assistance during audits

Who we think would be perfect for this role..

Experience required

1 – 2 years’ experience at working in a similar role.

Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment is a plus

Experience working with excel will be beneficial

Ability to juggle several tasks at once, to prioritize and manage own time

Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail

Technical skills

Strong Excel and Outlook skills.

Strong command of English (written and verbal)
