About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Design compensation and benefits packages
Learn to Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and
Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
• Learn to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
• Manage employees' grievances
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
