Job Description
Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT,
Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers,
Sourcing and screening the profiles,Using Portals like- Naukri, Monster, shine, indeed, and linked in.
Conducting HR interview over the phone, salary negotiation and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date.
Should be open to work in Non IT and IT domain.
