Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals.
• Maintain a candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview feedback and update candidates.
• Assist in the offer rollout and negotiation process.
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
