Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand,
Requirements
· 0-4 Years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
· Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles to the candidates
· Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
· Applicant should have passed Bachelor's after 2015
· · Good understanding of computer
· Excellent or average communication skill
· Passion to Learn and Earn
Desired Skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
