Responsibilities:
• Processing attendance in the system within timelines
• Adherence to TAT of payroll processing
• Responsible for on-roll and off-roll employees payroll, preparing payroll MIS
• Keeping track on monthly budget sheet
Requirements:
• Knowledge of payroll software
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus
• MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management will be preferred.
