HR Operations Lead - Plant Level

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our plant-level HR operations.
• This includes talent management, employee management, employee relations, HR compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Plant HR Team on manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with factory regulations and administrative procedures.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 2-6 years of experience in plant HR roles.
