Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation & benefits, and training & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including BOCW and Labour Licence.
- Manage HR operations across multiple companies/entities and locations.
- Handle HR MIS, payroll coordination, grievance handling, and employee retention.
- Work closely with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Core HR and Administration.
- Experience in independently heading or managing the HR function.
- Robust exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and L&D;.
- Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people-management skills.
