HR Manager Plant

The purpose of the role is to facilitate healthy and sustainable employee relation practices in the plants. The incumbent will also be responsible for the execution of the organizational HR strategy.

· Labour Management with Statutory Compliances for PF, factories, Maintenance of relevant returns under various laws

· Manpower Budget preparation and checking for deviation, recruitment & trainings

· Employee Relations & Grievance Handling in coordination with line managers

· Execute & facilitate Disciplinary actions whenever required

· Local Liasioning

· Statutory Compliance - Implementation of labour laws and adherence of statutory compliance

· Drive company policies, engagement activities & maintain healthy shop floor environment.

· Experience on Performance Management System of Manufacturing Unit.

· Complete Experience in PVC Pipe Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,+++.00 - ₹45,+++.00 per month
