HR Manager (IR/ER ) -Manufacturing Industry
Job Description
• Directly responsible for creating a labour relations strategy and implementing the same.
• Managing and ensuring smooth employee relations and industrial relations without impacting operations
• Prepare a workforce strategy and drive the team in the implementation of the same
• Coordinate with the Operations team to understand the plans and work with the subfunctions Contract recruitment, L&D, Payroll, and Admin - for implementation.
• Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the workforce
• Plan and executive OD & OT programs in the plant.
• Fostering employee engagement through career guidance, work-life balance, promoting diversity & inclusion, health & wellness
• Work on the strategies to overcome manpower fluctuations
• Develop a plan for Manpower Planning and Budgeting
• Ensure a positive IR climate in the factory
• Implement effective communication, intervention, counselling etc. - to continuously improve employee morale.
• Design effective disciplinary action planner and tracking
• Ensure timely fulfilment of all Factory related statutory requirements
• Ensure no deviation in Legal compliance and case of any deviation coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide corrective action
• Liaising with Government authorities
Basic Education and Experience :
• Full-time course in MBA / MSW or PG Dip in Personnel Management or PGDHRM or Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management
• Knowledge of Labour laws, IR, ER, HRM, OD methodology & techniques, OB, Excel.
• Good Communication Skills
• Minimum 8 to 12 years’ experience in Handling IR & HR in a Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in handling unions and settlements will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
• CTC Minimum 10-12 Lakh per annum (No limitation for exceptional candidates)
