HR Manager for female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a strong background in legal compliance and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight into HR practices, manage a high-performing team, and ensure all employment policies and procedures are aligned with current legal frameworks. This role is best suited for someone from a well-established or affluent background, capable of engaging comfortably at senior levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality employee support and development programs.
Provide legal guidance on employment law, company policies, disciplinary actions, and labor relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Maintain compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
Partner with senior leadership to shape company culture and ensure a professional work environment.
Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and legal prudence.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field (Master’s or LLB preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Cultural alignment with high-profile or executive corporate environments.
Preferred Background:

Candidates from affluent or socially well-connected families who can represent the company in elite social and business contexts.
Strong English communication and etiquette expected.
