Role Overview – Human Resource Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be at the heart of Four Cross Media’s people operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. We’re looking for someone who is people-first, process-driven, and proactive in building a thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Onboarding:
Manage the hiring process—screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Coordinate with team leads to understand role requirements and close positions efficiently
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Maintain records, attendance, leave tracking, and documentation
Draft offer letters, NDAs, and employee contracts
Culture Engagement:
Plan team-building activities, events, and internal communication
Conduct employee check-ins and feedback sessions regularly
Performance Management:
Support quarterly reviews, feedback frameworks, and appraisal processes
Coordinate with leadership to identify performance gaps and growth plans
Compliance HR Policies:
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all people-related matters
You’re a Great Fit If You Have

1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
A graduate/postgraduate degree in HR or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and a problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and work across teams
