HR Manager

To manage all human resource funcions, Including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, perfomace management, and adminsitration ensuring a productive and legally compliant work place

Key Responsibilities

* Manager end to end recuitment and onboarding

* Preapre job descriptions and coordinate invterview

*Maintain empplyee records, attendance, leave and personal file,

* Coordinat payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Law etc,

* Handle employee grievance and disciplinary actions.

* Implement performance appraisal and emplyee developmet programs.

* Organise Induction, training and skill development initiavtives

* Develop HR policies and ensure compliance

* Support employee enagement and welfare acitiveis

* Coordinate contract labout and manpower planning

* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower analysis

* Support ISO, Safety, and audit requirements

* Manager adminstration fuctions such as housekeeping security, tranport and faciility maintenance ( If applicable)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
