HR Manager – Agrochemical/Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our agrochemical/chemical manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for plant and corporate requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
• Conduct and manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI and Factory Act.
• Manage employee training, development and performance management.
• Support manpower planning, retention and employee engagement.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel records.
• Handle day-to-day HR and administration activities at the manufacturing unit.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions and HR operations.
• Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Good knowledge of performance management and employee evaluation.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory
