Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations and HR Policies skills, with experience in implementing procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to handle grievances, support positive workplace culture, and communicate clearly with all levels of staff.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a postgraduate specialization in HR or labor law is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, strong documentation and organizational skills, proficiency with HR software and MS Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Hindi, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Kota.
