Minimum 1 Year experience is required into Recruitment

Must have good communication in both written & verbal along with familiarity with MS office Tools.

Good knowledge of HR practices is expected

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Strong Sourcing skills

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications

High Volume call responsibility

Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements

Should be an excellent team player

Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database

Knowledge of handling various job portals

Create the database from various sources

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to FridayWeekend availability
