Job Title: HR IT system analyst
Reports to: Director, Business Enablement Applications
Shift: United States Shift (22:00 - 07:00 IST)
Job Overview:
This role is primary user support for below systems:
HR IT Systems: ADP Workforce Now or similar. This role will act as a first level of support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving when possible. This role will escalate to senior IT staff or vendor for support when necessary. This role will assist with integrating these HR, payroll and benefits systems with other business applications and assisting with testing.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- User Support: Managing tickets, working with users to resolve issues, and escalating when required.
- Business Analysis: Analyzing business requirements and translating to technical solutions.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize IT systems.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Projects: Participate to new implementation projects.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, resolve issues and address root cause.
- Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements to meet evolving requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations, data security standards and solution documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 - 4 years of proven experience in supporting HR IT systems (Payroll, Time and Attendance)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills to collaborate with various business units and IT specialists.
- Strong English communication skills required, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Project management skills strongly desired.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager and/or KRONOS is a plus.
